Description:
Kings Education is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Student Experience Coordinator to join our team. As the Student Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating administrative duties connected to supporting student success, student experience, and housing program. You will play an active role in encouraging student participation in student activities. This is a full-time, in-person position based on the campus of CSU Fullerton.
Student Experience/school coverage (45%)
Office Support
-
Engage students in friendly and energetic manner providing support and guidance in assimilating to US academic culture and life in the US

Manage database and placements by working directly with overseas partners and Kings to coordinate payment and additional services for students.

Assist with daily administrative tasks to support the office and flow of communication

Coordinate and lead agent and other visitor visits
Student Housing
-
Coordinate students' housing placements in various residential options
-
Overall upkeep and maintenance of any applicable residential locations

Assist residents with emergency situations

Be able to communicate frequently and thoroughly with stakeholders: cleaning crew, any hired subcontractor and students/residents.
New Student Orientation

Help plan, implement, and conduct new student orientations
-
Preparation and maintenance of new, current and old student files to ensure compliance
Student Activities/Events

Facilitate, plan and prepare Kings student programming such as general activities and events, volunteer activities, etc.

Monitor metrics for student satisfaction in Kings branded activities.

Lead in creating weekly and/or monthly activity calendar and accompanying flyers and social media posts
Student Success Support (45%)

Assist with updating semester reports, database (LQ), presentations for workshops and print any necessary documents for students

Assist with semester registration and support students through course selection/registration each semester

Help organize and facilitate workshops and college tours

Conduct research to support students' educational plans and transfer process

Reach out to other universities to answer transfer questions for Admissions

Create reference and resource guidelines for students
Social Media (10%)

Partner with Marketing to develop, manage, and implement of social media campaign

Lead in maintaining a visible, measurable Social Media presence that focuses on likes, shares, and SEO

Requirements:
- Excellent Administrative skills

Excellent Multitasking and problem solving skills with little to no assistance

Experience with InDesign and PhotoShop preferred

Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. with minimal assistance

Weekly Emergency Phone rotation

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
