Responsibilities:

Develop Tableau and Power BI dashboards and other reporting systems to create visibility into data and performance trends.
- Create business solutions to improve overall efficiency, productivity, and management of operating organizations.
- Work closely with key business stakeholders to discuss organizational needs and gather dashboard requirements.
- Collaborate with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and IT to ensure data view tables and data sources are accurate and efficient.
- Gather and write detailed business requirements and translate them into technical specifications/System Requirement Specifications (SRS).
- Describe system interfaces and business process specifications.
Required Skills/Experience:
-
Minimum 2-5 years of demonstrated experience and expertise with the following technologies and skills:
- Highly skilled in visual analytics.
- Capable of working with business users to gather requirements and create user stories.
- Proficient in Azure DevOps or similar sprint management tools.
- Expertise in Tableau Desktop (dashboard creation, report authoring and troubleshooting, data source management).
- Expertise in Power BI (dashboard creation, report authoring and troubleshooting, data source management).
- Proficient in SQL (able to write and edit queries).
- Experience in building and publishing interactive dashboards on Tableau Server.
- Knowledge of scheduling dashboards for automatic data refresh.
- Proficiency in data blending.
- Ability to create action filters, parameters, and calculations for preparing dashboards and worksheets in Tableau.
- Experience in testing, cleaning, and standardizing data to meet business standards.
Additional Skills (Preferred but not Required):

Well-organized and detail-oriented with demonstrated flexibility to handle multiple assignments.
- Comfortable working directly with business users, as well as IT team members.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Comfortable running requirement gathering sessions with business users.
