We are currently seeking a talented and proactive IT Professional to join our team. This role involves various responsibilities, including supporting both in-house and client IT environments.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Professional with a strong background in Microsoft 365 deployment, implementation, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of hands-on experience and will be responsible for supporting both in-house and client IT environments, including computer networking, full IT stack management, and software deployment and license management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Microsoft 365 Management: Full deployment, implementation, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 environments. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Microsoft 365 Admin Center
- Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager
- Microsoft Defender/Security Center
- Microsoft Entra/Azure AD
- IT Support: Provide comprehensive IT support for both in-house and client IT environments, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their IT infrastructure.
- System Administration: Administer and maintain IT systems, ensuring high availability and performance of critical applications.
- Network Management: Design, implement, and manage computer networks, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks. Ensure network security, reliability, and performance.
- Full IT Stack Management: Oversee the entire IT stack, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud services. Ensure seamless integration and operation of all components.
- Software Deployment and License Management: Manage software deployment processes, including installation, configuration, and updates. Oversee software license compliance and optimize license usage.
- Security Management: Implement and manage security protocols to safeguard data and systems against cyber threats.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT processes, configurations, and changes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to junior IT staff and clients as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience in IT, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 environments and full IT stack management.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in deploying, implementing, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Networking Skills: Strong understanding of computer networking concepts, protocols, and technologies. Experience in designing, implementing, and managing networks.
- IT Support Skills: Demonstrated ability to support diverse IT environments, both in-house and for clients.
- Software Management: Experience in software deployment, configuration, updates, and license management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Certifications: Relevant IT certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, CompTIA Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or similar are preferred.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other IT environments and platforms such as Google Workspace, Linux, or AWS.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and experience in IT service management.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and standards.
