We are seeking an Accounting Assistant as part of the growth story of our company, you will be part of a growing Accounting/Finance team as we are actively expanding our operations to new industries and geographical locations.
Job Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable duties - including preparation of client invoices, along with assisting with the accounts receivable, collections, and payment confirmation process
- Process the company’s vendor bill approvals and payments as part of the Accounts Payable Process
- Perform account reconciliations, including for all bank accounts
- Review of company expense reports
- Maintain time and expense tracking/reporting systems for company projects
- Other ad-hoc, including project management/administrative duties, as needed
- Must be available to work in office and remote
Preferred Experience, Training and Certifications
- 3+ Year(s) Relevant Work Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Quickbooks preferred
