```Requirements```
-Minimum-Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education or the Human Services field.
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques and strategies
- Experience working with students in an educational or childcare setting
- First aid/CPR certification and ability to respond to emergencies is required
```Duties```
- Oversee and manage a group of children in a childcare setting
- Create and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans that meet PA Early Learning Standards
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care
- Provide guidance and support to children in their social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and nurturing environment
-Maintaining a clean classroom and other light house keeping duties such as vacuuming, rotation of bathroom cleaning, and mopping
