Job Summary:
Writing scientific reports that meet industry standards, under supervision, in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
· Relay technical processes in a clear and concise written format
· Use LIMS and other data systems to prepare data, chromatograms, tables, and figures for inclusion in reports
· Work with scientific teams regarding technical and study details
· Ensure hardcopy and electronic reports are consistent and comply with required formats
· Collaborate with internal teams to set timelines
· Utilize report templates, lab manuals, and other items as needed
· Assist in report process, tracking and managing internal and external reviews to ensure timelines are met
· Assist with report lifecycle; including maintaining report templates, addressing QA audits, and submission of reports to clients
· Follow applicable SOPs, procedural documents, and regulatory requirements
· Learn regulatory requirements; GLP, GCP, OECD, EMA, 21CFR Part 11
Skills, Education & Qualifications:
· Associate’s degree in Technical Writing or English
· Demonstrated technical or writing skills from school projects or internships
· In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Good editorial and proofreading skills
· Able to work effectively and contribute within a team
· Able to work with multiple computer systems
· Able to document clearly
· Able to learn regulatory regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $54,300.00 per year
