As a Miami-based established company founded in 1989, we have grown into one of the top wood flooring and architectural applications companies in the industry. We have developed relationships with leading interior designers, developers, architects, and general contractors for custom-based installations. We strive to keep everything environmentally friendly.
The candidate will report directly to the Department Head, and be responsible to assist in maintaining current and new accounts, supporting sales team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Direct relation with customers (phone/showroom)
- Project visits and analysis
- Coordinate together with sales department to request samples for approval,
- Order processing and order entry, checking product inventory, and working with others to ensure customer expectations are being met,
- Communicating with production department daily to ensure orders are being completed according to schedule, client deadlines and specifications,
- Purchase materials and track status for manufacture delivery/eta,
- Contribute to increasing volume monthly sales of company in current and new accounts,
- Sales, service, merchandising support, vendor demonstrations, and trade events,
- Maintain professional appearance and communication,
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients,
- Coordinate special events to launch new products with current and prospective customers,
- Promoting our products through placement of point of sale and merchandising material, as well as participation in events and promotions and other related activities.
Qualified candidates should have the following:
The background check for this position requires at 1/2 years of work experience:
- Bilingual, speak and write in English and Spanish properly.
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school marketing/advertising.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- A detail-oriented mindset, time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to multi-task
- Excellent customer service skills, professional attitude, and maturity
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Business Casual attire required
