The Bouqs Company is changing the world one bouquet at a time! We're looking for a flat-out awesome Associate CRM Manager to join our team.
Reporting to The Bouqs Company’s Senior CRM Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value. This role involves executing and analyzing multi-channel CRM campaigns, leveraging data to draw actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the success of our CRM initiatives.

Support ecommerce, subscription, and growing retail business through retention strategies

Assist with the planning and own execution of email and SMS campaigns

Thoroughly QA campaigns for seamless execution and mobile optimization, while utilizing email rendering client (Litmus, Email on Acid, etc)

Support in crafting project briefs using our project management tool

Create highly targeted and segmented audiences for tailored campaigns

Implement strategies to optimize touchpoints across the customer lifecycle

Utilize data analytics tools to track customer behaviors, preferences, and trends

Monitor and analyze CRM performance, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns and automations

Provide support for A/B testing and other marketing experiments to drive continuous improvement

Help manage relationships with CRM software vendors and other third-party partners

Monitor deliverability by leveraging Postmaster Tools and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM laws and CCPA regulations

Stay updated on the latest CRM technologies and best practices, making recommendations for enhancements as needed

2+ years of experience in CRM/Retention/Loyalty, experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, and/or a related field

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Sailthru, Attentive, Decile) and marketing automation tools (Wunderkind)

Knowledge of Excel, web analytics tools (Google Analytics), HTML/CSS

Flexible to pivot with competing priorities

Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting

Competitive Base Salary Range of $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 USD + Equity Package
