```Duties```
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients with autism spectrum disorder and other behavioral health conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Provide behavioral therapy and interventions to patients, including behavior management techniques
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including special education teachers, psychologists, and medical professionals
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis
```Requirements```
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with special education laws and regulations
- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and techniques
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining accurate documentation
