Casa Central is seeking a Vice President of Advancement to lead and grow a best-practice fundraising program, overseeing a team of 5-7 staff. This role requires an ambitious and strategic leader to enhance donor relationships and implement a comprehensive moves management strategy. The ideal candidate will drive a fundraising ethos grounded in philanthropy and relationship-building. As a key member of the executive team, this individual will be a confident and innovative strategist, serving as an effective ambassador for Casa Central. They will collaborate closely with the President and CEO, as well as other senior leaders and the Board of Directors. The right candidate will be passionate about transforming lives and building a thriving, collaborative fundraising team.
