FMK is looking for a
Manager with Restaurant, Bar, Event Management and Nightlife experience to oversee our expanding nightly operations and bring their expertise and positive attitude to the mix. The ideal candidate has the experience to build and maintain a sustainable nightlife culture accross several week nights + understand Restaurant Service
Manager Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee restaurant, events and nightlife operations
- Nightly closing summary
- Assisting with scheduling needs for bar, service staff and security
- Oversee ordering & inventory control
- Perform with professionalism and a high level of integrity
- Positive attitude
- Passionate about the guest experience
- Create and maintain relationships with VIPs
Qualifications:
- Management experience in a restaurant, events + nightlife environment
- Accurate cash handling and nightly bank reconciliation
- Experience with the operation of multiple bars
- Ability to build restaurant, private events and late night events via conceptual development
- Ability to build late night events through DJ's and promoter group bookings
- Extensive knowledge of beer, cocktail and bottle service trends in the industry
- Experience with scheduling, ordering, and inventory control
- Thrives in fast-paced atmosphere
- Experience with training and service team development
- Familiar with Toast
- Basic understanding of various social media platforms
