Behavioral Health Assessor (LCSW, LCMHC, LPC, LCAS)

North Carolina Health Partners (NCHP) provides behavioral and mental health services to children with special needs. We are looking to hire an experienced, self-directed part-time Licensed Behavioral Health Assessor to join our team. The qualified Behavioral Health Assessor will be responsible for evaluating clients to determine the appropriateness of program admission. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience evaluating and recommending services for children and adults with behavioral, substance abuse, and mental health diagnoses. Perfect candidates are licensed clinicians who are curious and enjoy the assessment process to determine diagnosis and treatment recommendations and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Essential Duties:
· Conduct and interpret Comprehensive Clinical Assessments virtually and in person as needed to determine the appropriate level of care
· Complete the initial Person-Centered Plan
· Complete the initial NC-TOPPS
· Participate in Monday Intake meetings for referral/assessment updates.
Requirements:
· Willing to come in office as needed for appointments
· Master's degree in social work or a related field
· Licensed in the state of North Carolina
· Knowledgeable of behavioral and mental health best practices
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Quick Learner
Experience:
- 2 years of experience providing Behavioral and/or Mental health counseling
Education/Licensure: MUST BE LICENSED
- Master’s Degree
- NC State Professional State Licensure: LCSW, LCSW-A, LCMHC, LCMHC-A, LMFT, LMFT-A, LPC
Pay:
You will be reimbursed at a set rate between $100 - $150 per assessment packet (CCA, PCP, & NC-TOPPS)
