Blanton Properties is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Real Estate Assistant to support our real estate brokerage. This position will play a crucial role in handling administrative tasks, assisting with marketing efforts, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate holds a valid real estate license, possesses experience in real estate transactions, and is proficient in industry-specific administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Open the model home daily and greet prospects warmly.
- Assist the broker with administrative tasks, including document preparation, appointment scheduling, and maintaining files.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
- Support agents in marketing activities, such as creating listings, managing social media accounts, and coordinating open houses.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and prospect needs.
- Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and assist in sales activities.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a real estate administrative role is required.
- Familiarity with MLS, Transaction Desk, and HAR (Houston Association of Realtors).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and file management.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Starting pay is based on experience.
