General Position Description:
The File Manager / Customer Service is responsible for the administration of the project files for the company. The main responsibility of the File Manager is data gathering, compilation, and management; coordinating the field schedules; communicating with the client, field personnel and adjusters; estimate generation; invoice generation; and file completion. The File Manager is responsible for the management of their assigned projects from beginning to end.

40 hours a week. Tuesday- Friday 9:30 A.M - 6:00 PM. Saturday 8:00AM-4:00PM
