Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation for each restoration project.
- Coordinate and oversee all project activities to ensure efficient and timely execution.
- Work closely with our team of restoration professionals and subcontractors to ensure the successful completion of restoration projects.
Budget Management:
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and make necessary adjustments to stay within allocated financial resources.
- Utilize cost-effective strategies while maintaining the highest standards of restoration work.
Client Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
Quality Control and Compliance:
- Implement and uphold high-quality standards throughout the restoration process.
- Conduct thorough inspections and ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.

- Experience as a Project Manager in property restoration, demonstrating successful project completions.

Pay:
The salary for the Project Manager position will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
