Hynes Landscaping, a leader in the landscape, masonry, & construction industry, is seeking an experienced commercial landscape construction project manager.
*Job Type: Full-Time
This is a year ‘round, full time position.
Duties to include, but not be limited to:
- Daily operations of commercial job sites and crews
-Work with office staff/estimating department as needed
- Overseeing and running workers and subcontractors
-Communicate with general contractors regarding specs.
- Planning daily, weekly and monthly schedule
- Meeting customers completion dates
- Ensure all work is done to specifications and is high quality
- Promote proper installation practices for all installations of landscape and hardscape
- Maintain a safe environment
- Work within budgeted materials and hours for each project
- Attend weekly site meetings with customer and other trades
- Be organized and results driven
Qualifications-
- Minimum of 2 years experience working on and running commercial landscape and hardscape construction projects
- Be able to read and interpret job plans
- Have a valid license
- Have experience with operations of all landscape construction related tools and equipment
- Must be a self-starter and be able to manage several aspects of the jobs at the same time
- Be a Team player and promote the company in a positive manner at all times
Compensation-
Salary Range $95,000.00-$100,000.00 yearly
