Responsibilities:
- Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels; we teach infants as young as 4 months old, therefore experience working with infants is a plus!
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed
-We are a mobile school; this position involves traveling to private lessons primarily at families' homes
Requirements:
- Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, preferably in an educational or instructional setting
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
-Strong background in water safety and survival skills
-CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult); Lifeguard certification preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, organizational, time management and creative teaching skills
- Strong behavior management skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial, as it demonstrates an understanding of working with children in a structured environment!
- A love and passion for swimming and children!

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
