We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in various HR functions, including talent management, program management, and compliance with employment laws.
Duties:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital-Employee Relations
-Coordinate team building and company events
-Maintain HR and employee confidentiality at all levels in concern to sensitive information, personnel files, HR team discussions, payroll and investigations.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Administer Payroll, Worker's Compensation Insurance and benefits programs
-Maintain and retain employment and payroll records as mandates by State and Federal law.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Experience in talent management and development
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as NetSuite and ADP Workforce Now
- Familiarity with FMLA regulations and California labor laws
- Excellent program management skills
- Solid understanding of human resources management principles
