PFS Group, one of the fastest growing national healthcare billing outsourcing companies, is seeking Insurance Representatives to direct communication with insurance companies to ensure timely resolution of account balances and patient’s eligibility for date of service. This is in addition to facilitating collection and resolution of insurance accounts.

Requirements
- Medical insurance and/or medical collections experience or vocational school certification in Medical Insurance and Billing.
- Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA and workers’ comp knowledge.
- 2+ years of healthcare insurance account resolution experience.
- 2+ years handling insurance follow-up finding solutions for denied and rejected claims.
- 2+ years of customer service experience with metrics driven goals.
- Outstanding listening, communication, problem-solving and research skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, easily pivot, and routinely multi-task.
