The Role:
The front desk agent is a vital role in the hotel. They provide our guests with a first point of contact, setting the tone for their stay. They assist guests with their check in/out process, provide information about the hotel and the area, providing guests with recommendations on food and beverage options as well as local sites. They work on a computer ensuring the rooms are available and clean for our guests for their stay. They work closely with housekeeping and maintenance. They secure their draw and ensure they balance daily.
