Someone who is comfortable providing both accounting services and tax services to clients, and possesses both the business acumen and technology skills necessary to manage operations.

Client engagement planning and work scheduling

Manage work plan templates, project plan templates, and workflow automation

Client onboarding

Assist clients with basic IT support

Maintain master data and records such as contact records, work types, work statuses, etc.

Assist with workflow design and development

Assist the CEO with certain business development efforts

Internal accounting and administrative functions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation
-
5+ years of combined experience in client accounting services, income tax, IT support, or operations management. Income tax experience required.

Certification in QuickBooks Online

Experience with Karbon software preferred (**please note anyone with this experience will be considered first)

Ideally, this person would develop into a Manager, then Senior Manager, and then Director of client services. Alternatively, due to the operational aspect of the role, this person could work up to Operations Manager, Director, or potentially Chief Operating Officer (COO).
