Minimum Requirements with Positions offered:
-FOs with 500 to 849 hours Part 121– placed on timely Captain upgrade program
-FOs with 850+ Part 121 hours – receive Direct Entry Captain pay after training and bidding for captain upgrade training class
-Captains with 1000+ Flying time on Part 121 within the last two years will be onboarded as Direct Entry Captains eligible for a $100,000 Bonus.
