Special Projects Analyst (Business Operations)- What You Will Do:
You will work directly with the COO and operations team, supporting the company with special projects that keep the company moving forward. You will:
- Collaborate with the COO to execute special projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist in financial reporting activities, including gathering data, analyzing financial statements, and preparing reports for management review
- Manage the coordination and execution of building facility projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints
- Conduct thorough reviews of contracts and insurance policies, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement
- Support the COO in various administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations and reports
Special Projects Analyst (Business Operations) Required Prior Experience, Characteristics:

Special Projects Analyst (Business Operations) You Might Have:
- Prior experience in an Executive Administrative role, Operations Coordinator role, or Accounting roles
- Bachelors degree in business or related
This role requires successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen prior to start date. Your compensation will be $70,000 - $90,000 base salary DOE, salary exempt.
