Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our company's operational processes to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of accounts within the Southern CA area - client relations, oversight of securtiy teams, payroll, scheduling, quality control
- Implement and manage operational plans in alignment with strategic objectives
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Develop and execute strategies for profit loss mitigation
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations to meet business goals
- Conduct strategic planning to drive business growth
- Oversee project management activities to ensure timely completion
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team
- Drive sales and business development efforts to achieve targets
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, including process improvement and strategic planning
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Proficiency in profit loss analysis and project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Prior experience in the security industry

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
