About this role:
This position will serve as a trusted advisor and provide executive level support to the heads of Sponsorships & Brand Engagement, Brand Strategy & Management and Heritage. This highly visible role will support key initiatives that bring the Wells Fargo brand to life. This position can sit in
Charlotte, NC or
New York, NY and is required to be in the office 3 days a week. The Wells Fargo job profile is

In this role, you will:-
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and manage follow-ups
- Plan travel arrangements, prepare travel itineraries and resolve logistical issues

Prepare expense reports, validate documentation, and process PCard transactions

Set up and organize internal and external business meetings
-
Assist with the planning of special events, including room set-up, ordering meals, logistics, etc
-
Drive the onboarding and offboarding process for employees and contractors
-
Work with building services for facilities management support and space planning
-
Sign for packages and manage mail distribution
- Order/maintain office supplies for the teams

Provide cover and support for peers as needed

Required Qualifications, US:-
6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:-
Experience providing support to senior executives and remote staff

Experience managing calendars, planning events, and coordinating travel arrangements

Experience with MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams

Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations

Exposure to project management principles, methodologies, processes, and tools
