Your mission will be to ensure that all our sales metrics—monetary and quality alike—are not just met, but exceeded. With a stong focus on customer service, you'll lead your team to provide unparalleled customer experiences, coordinate seamlessly with other departments, and keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and execute sales plans that align with our company's revenue and metric goals.
- Foster a culture of success within the sales team through effective leadership, development, and team building.
- Work closely with customers, team members, and other departments to ensure a cohesive operation.
- Elevate your team's skills with targeted training, coaching, and support.
- Achieve excellence in job cycle management using our CRM software (Acculynx), ensuring comprehensive and standard-compliant data input.
- Maintain high customer service levels through proactive follow-ups with leads and prospects.
- Monitor job costs and material invoices to enhance profitability and ensure pricing fairness and accuracy.
- Keep sales materials and literature up-to-date and readily available.
Requirements
- 5+ years in the roofing sales arena, with a proven track record in sales management.
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills are essential. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a knack for quickly learning new software and systems.
