Client Success Manager
Location: Bloomington, MN
Hours: Full-time; M-F; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
In this position you will be responsible for supporting the client experience for a growing MSP in the Twin Cities. The Client Success Manager is a strategic partner to our clients, sales team, technical account managers, and support team by acting as a liaison between these work groups. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT or a technology-related field and be an organized, detail-oriented, proactive person who enjoys providing support to a diverse team of individuals and clients. Duties include:
- Serve as a dedicated internal resource for IT and voice clients
- Work with the technical team and vendors to prepare quotes and SOWs
- Procure hardware and software based on required specifications
- Attend client reviews (either in person or web conference) and act as a liaison on any takeaways to ensure resolution
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating projects and implementations
- Audit and process sales orders; create/update tickets and order management systems
- Promote tools to engage and improve client satisfaction
- Provide administrative support to our sales and technical teams for support/product questions
- Engage with clients regarding subscriptions (i.e., Microsoft, antivirus, spam filtering, etc)
- Provide client reporting on assets and user metrics on a scheduled basis
- Assist with RMM device management to ensure accurate reporting
- Track warranty expirations and support renewals
- Participate in regular team meetings
- Provide a high-level of customer satisfaction by maintaining a professional and courteous attitude when responding to customer requests
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent 5-7 years related experience
- Managed Services (IT, VoIP, SaaS) background or knowledge preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to attend and/or conduct client-facing meetings with professionalism and positive presence
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and multi-task
- Outgoing and positive attitude
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent phone skills
Requirements:
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry 10-20 pounds
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Constant use of computer including keyboard and mouse
- Typing 40 WPM +
