Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area. Duties:
- Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with food, beverages, and supplies
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, assisting them with any questions or requests
- Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, tea, pastries, cereals, and hot dishes
- Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed to ensure a continuous supply for guests
- Clear tables and clean up spills or messes promptly to maintain a clean dining area
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and be able to provide recommendations or answer questions about food options
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests
- Assist with catering events or special functions as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service role is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is desirable
- Basic cooking skills are beneficial
