We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Assistant to join our dynamic real estate team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service in building a strong network of contacts within the community through contacting leads provided by Real Estate Agents. Duties
- Utilize telemarketing skills to reach out to potential clients and build a strong pipeline of leads.
- Utilize CRM system to manage client interactions and track progress.
- Conduct warm and outbound calls to identify new opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are answered.
- We teach you to understand the local real estate market, staying up-to-date on current trends.
- Collaborate with other members of the real estate team to share knowledge and best practices.
- Work with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences.
Skills
- Proven experience in Real Estate sales, with a strong focus on telemarketing, inside sales, and business development.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Preferred understanding of the real estate market and current trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $41,682.19 - $50,197.91 per year
