Position Summary:
The Staff Accountant provides financial and administrative support by maintaining records and reports, performing GAAP compliant accounting entries and reconciliations, and assisting the accounting manager in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.
Staff Accountant Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Financial Reconciliations
- Oversee sales tax
- Assist in rebate management
- Payroll entries
- Manage Fixed Assets
- Assist in month end closing processes, audit requests, and other special projects as needed
- Help conduct internal audits on processes within the accounting department
- Assist in implementation of new processes and technology projects
- Meet process and reporting deadlines
- Responds to email, phone, and ticket requests
- Effectively communicate with all other departments
- Ensure compliance with GAAP

Staff Accountant Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance; 4+ years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
