Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of the Nursing Department with high professional and personal standards
- Plan, organize, coordinate and direct all the nursing functions for all nursing personnel to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times in a cost effective manner
- Exercises administrative authority, responsibility and accountability for nursing service objectives, policies and procedures, nursing functions and activities, nursing care, and the nursing staff and their training and any other tasks or responsibilities assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a Registered Nursing license in the state of Louisiana
- Minimum of two (2) years in long term care or post-acute care
- Demonstrated leadership and managerial ability
