Key Responsibilities
Investment Pipeline Management:
- Support the effective management of DFC’s investment pipeline to ensure the timely execution of projects aligned with strategic priorities.
- Collect and analyze information related to DFC’s pipeline, support regular pipeline reviews with DFC leadership, track and monitor projects, and ensure decision-makers have the necessary information.
Operational Strategy and Process Improvement:
- Develop and implement operational strategies and process improvements to deliver better investment outcomes, increase efficiency, and provide a superior experience for clients.
- Utilize data analysis and market research to inform strategic decision-making and improve investment operations.
Business Development Coordination:
- Coordinate business development activities across DFC, including the growing DFC presence overseas.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and support organizational goals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a related finance or consulting field, including impact investing, development or emerging market finance, investment or business advisory services, or management consulting.
- Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency with Excel.
- Excellent market research and communication skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree.
- Proven ability in formulating and recommending new policies, processes, or strategies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external representatives.
- Knowledge of management and organizational principles and practices, as well as planning, programming, and prioritizing skills.

ATLAS is a small, fast-growing company, so you’ll likely get immediate experience on many different projects. Here are some things you’ll probably do:
- Serve as the lead on managing DFC’s investment pipeline, ensuring all projects are aligned with strategic priorities and poised for significant development impact.
- Collaborate with DFC leadership and other stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Support business development efforts by coordinating activities and facilitating effective communication across DFC’s growing international presence.
