JOB SUMMARY:
Working under the direction of the Branch Manager, the Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for all warehouse maintenance and cleanliness. Maintenance includes: overall organization, order packing, shipping & processing, ordering tools & supplies, receiving & rotating inventory, receiving, confirming & notifying the CSR/BM of returns.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Packs & prepares all orders including cuts & roll downs for daily shipping.

Prepares skids for palletized orders when applicable.

Ships daily orders via the scanner &/or MAX when applicable

Ships using UPS Worldship or FEDEX Freight when applicable per established guidelines.

Verifies that all orders have been processed prior to performing end of day functions.

Orders tools and supplies
-
Receives incoming shipments of film, tools & supplies.

Stocks all film, rotating inventory so that older stock in in front

Stores all other warehouse supplies/tools in their assigned areas.

Ensures warehouse organization & stock rotation including cleanliness.

Prepares &/or processes the conversion list.
-
Processes returns in & out as per established guidelines notifying appropriate parties and restocking inventory as necessary.

Communicates with other branches and departments when necessary via phone and/or e-mail.

Provides Service Excellence to internal and external customers.

Additional duties as deemed by the Branch Manager

Assists in answering the phone and entering orders.

Participate in ongoing process improvement.

Participate in external registration and surveillance audits.

Directly support methods and practices of the IMS Process through personal compliance and visible support actions.

Support CSR activities.
DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
-
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED); or 1 year related experience and/or training.

Mechanically inclined

Computer literate
-
Ability to read & write English.

Ability to use basic math skills.

Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be a current Certified Forklift Operator or have the ability to obtain certification within 60 days of employment.
