I Am Trucking LLC is a family-owned trucking company based out of Odessa, TX with services in the trucking, freight, and shipping business in the Permian Basin.

We have many years of experience in providing superior customer service and operating as a carrier in the transportation business. We consistently strive to meet the needs of our clients and work to be dependable at all times. Our company hauls a variety of different materials such as barite, palletized chemicals and many other products. We specialize in moving loads in and around Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.
Responsibilities:
- Meet all contractual obligations set forth by our clients
- Supervises daily activities of all operators and coordinates the activities of supervisors and dispatch personnel
- Oversees scheduling of operators; monitors operations.
- Works closely with the maintenance department to ensure that all operation requirements are met.
- Track, compile and analyze performance; handle interdepartmental issues; resolve employee issues and grievances; improve processes and staffing scheduling
- Maintain Employee Progressive Discipline.
- Makes hiring decisions for authorized roles; evaluates the work performance of staff; ensures the timely and efficient completion of all assigned tasks
- Assists in accident/incident investigation, including any needed on-site assistance and support to safety and training personnel
- Coordinates with the safety and training department to ensure all safety goals and directives are met
- Maintains confidentiality of all information
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Oversee and cultivate relationships with clients
- Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Identify areas for process improvements
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of basic laws, ordinances and regulations underlying the transit operation
- Thorough knowledge of the methods of operation of the transit system’s staff and operational departments
- Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and relevant database programs
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to organize and perform work efficiently; strong attention to details
- Ability to work effectively with labor; may include labor grievances and negotiations
- Proven experience in strategic planning, leadership, and operations
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement initiatives
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to effectively manage resources and budgets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education, Licensing, and Certifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED, required
- College Degree Preferred

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
