- Identify potential properties for acquisition through our in-house sales stratigies.
- Build relationships with property owners/agents and negotiate purchase terms.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Utilize marketing strategies to attract sellers.
- Manage administrative tasks related to property acquisitions and sales.
