Description:
This position will be an expert on the Cashe/EVV time keeping and billing platforms. They will be a liaison with the information technology, finance, and compliance teams, and the external vendor as the primary point of contact to lead the fiscal services team in preparation, implementation, optimization, and stabilization of the Cashe systems. They will audit department use of Cashe/EVV time keeping and billing platforms to maintain the integrity of the data and the reports. They will ensure continuous improvement of Cashe systems and related processes, procedures. They will develop and provide training to internal and external customers on the Cashe systems.

Compensation: $18.27/hr+

How you’ll be spending your time:
- Provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers to resolve issues or satisfy information requests. This can be facilitated either in-person, through email, zoom, or the telephone.
- Provide onboarding and training of the Cashe/EVV time keeping and billing platforms to new customers, their employees, and internal staff. This will include various delivery methods (Zoom meetings, phone, FaceTime, etc.)
- Maintain and protect confidential information according to HIPPA and internal compliance standards. Ensure adherence to state and federal employment regulations that cover their processing work.
- Support and provide training to internal staff that are using both Cashe/EVV systems.
- Develop and update all training materials for external and internal users. Be the point person for rolling out all phases of the Cashe/EVV System.
- Work with information technology and the vendor to ensure Cashe/EVV system updates, security fixes, and enhancements are properly specified, planned, tested, and completed. Coordinate change requests and required approvals.
- Collaborate with the vendor and other Lifeworks teams to optimize Cashe/EVV systems. Lead Fiscal and In-Home services efforts to implement paperwork, case management, and other functions of the Cashe platform, focused on time saving, cost reduction, user experience, and expanded functionality.
- Perform Cashe/EVV system administrative and support functions such as time entry corrections, password resets, browser/app support, and data entry.
- Provide reports to ensure accurate time processing and utilization summary reporting. Assist with utilization summaries and over under spending letters including training to external and internal customers, sending, and archiving per service line requirements.
- Provide assistance to the Program Operations Specialist with timekeeping tasks including but not limited to processing timecards for all Fiscal and In-Home Employees within the Cashe/EVV timekeeping systems. Run all corresponding reports for Fiscal and In- Home timecards and make all changes/corrections necessary for employee’s time to accurately pay. Process and create Excel T&D batches. Problem solve with employees around any questions or concerns about time entered and/or pay.
- Provide Support to program and administrative departments with other job tasks as assigned.
- Follow safety procedures and assist in identifying safety needs for self and others.
- Contribute to the organization’s mission by complying with policies and procedures, using resources wisely and performing other duties as assigned as necessary.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; minimum of three-years customer service, IT help desk, and/or human service operations related experience.
- Experience in creating training documents in multiple formats and training people both in person and remotely.
- Fluent in English, verbal and written.
- Bi/Multi-lingual preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in Cashe time keeping desirable, not required.
- Must pass a background study with the Department of Human Services, a drug test, clean driving record and have reliable transportation to use for work driving purposes.
