Oversee and lead a direct sales team of 6-10 sales executives operating across multiple branches. This team is responsible for selling business technology solutions such as copiers, multifunctional printers, print and document management software, production systems, and workflow solutions. Their tasks include assignments, relationship building, prospecting, and cold calling.

- Create business plans to drive team growth and exceed targets
- Collaborate with functional teams to exceed customer expectations
- Implement and adhere to the company's sales process
- Ensure full staffing in all sales territories
- Provide comprehensive onboarding and training with 30/60/90 plans
- Conduct monthly performance reviews and provide accurate forecasts
- Utilize CRM tools for planning, managing, and forecasting opportunities
- Stay updated on new technology including software, social media tools, and Excel
- Present and close solution offers
- Manage clients throughout their contract lifecycle
- Conduct quarterly and annual customer reviews
- Drive growth and expansion within your territory
- Meet or exceed revenue and gross profit targets
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4+ years of successful sales team leadership, preferably in hardware, IT, software, or services sales
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and activity quotas
- Track record of developing and retaining sales talent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
