Summary
The Sales Representative will be responsible for creating strong sales, customer service and support relationships with current and prospective customers. This position will focus on the sales market for Commercial and Packaging print industry. The Sales Representative will work closely with plant management to maximize the equipment through high margins and/or finding counter-cyclical opportunities.
Essential Functions
- Transition any possible sales relationships to Foremost Graphics Group
- Develop, close, and maintain sales relationships through cold-calling and presenting sales portfolio to potential customers
- Work collaboratively with operations and customer service team to ensure accuracy of orders and minimize potential quality issues
- Log sales call information and sales leads for tracking/reporting purposes
- Develop and provide custom presentations on products and solutions
- Build new relationships with clients to support the marketing and sales growth plan
- Meet or exceed all sales quotas/targets for your assigned territory
- Create a sales and marketing plan for assigned territory
- Meet individualized segment sales, gross profit, and margin goals determined by Foremost Graphics Group
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and comprehensive knowledge of potential accounts in territory
- Prepare and conduct regular business reviews to understand customer growth opportunities
- Actively leverage sales technology and tools to meet strategic account planning objectives and maximize customer segment growth potential
- Engage in development programs to enhance sales competencies and further expand ability to generate profitable customer growth
- Use solution selling principles in your approach to customers
- Participate in an open and cooperative team environment
Experience
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in printing sales
