Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Handle payroll tasks and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate schedule management for meetings, appointments, and events
- Perform calendar management for executives and team members
- Conduct clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping
- Supervise clerical staff and provide guidance as needed
- Assist in budgeting activities and expense tracking
Experience:
- Proven experience in office administration or related roles
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment
- Strong background in schedule and calendar management
- Familiarity with clerical tasks and QuickBooks software
- Experience supervising or leading a team is a plus
- Knowledge of budgeting principles is advantageous
