Product Manager
JOB SUMMARY
Relish is building software to extend Enterprise solutions and we are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product organization. Focusing on the Relish Invoice AI solution, this individual will drive the market requirements, capability requirements, solution definition, prioritization, positioning, adoption, and expansion of our software products. The person’s role is to own the entire lifecycle for this high growth product area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE PRODUCT LIFECYCLE
Research
*Uncovers, understands, and prioritizes customer’s needs and requirements through frequent direct customer contact, secondary research, and through customer-facing personnel.
*Gathers requirements from customers, partners, and prospects, detailing the requirements concisely and convincingly, directing business and technical prioritization sessions, collaborating with engineering teams, participating in product rollout, and communicating the roadmap to internal and external customers.
*Conducts product-specific market research and analysis to ensure competitive and differentiated solutions
Strategy
*Develops and drives product strategy and direction
*Translates high priority customer needs into clear business cases that justify resources, provides operational and revenue target plans, and provides clear market positioning documents.
*Works closely with Product leadership to define the product roadmap.
Plan & Build
*Produces Product Requirement Documents in line with corporate strategy
*Determine scope and priority release content considering commercial, strategic, services, customer, and engineering's needs with input from key stakeholders (Strategy, Sales, Customers, Prospects, Analysts, etc.)
*Collaborates with development and user design teams to iteratively turn business requirements into a plan that meets maximum impact scope, resources, and schedule constraints.
Launch, Scale, and Maintain
*Works collaboratively with Corporate and Product Marketing to create clear positioning documents, competitive differentiation, branding, collateral, and internal sales roll-out, and external customer, and analyst roll-out plans.
KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS REQUIRED
*Communication - targeting key internal and external audiences, their predispositions/expectations, framing appropriate messages to that audience, and ongoing management of expectations--verbally, through presentations, and through others by training them on communications and message content to be delivered.
*Outstanding persuasion skills –able to convincingly sell ideas and plans to internal constituencies, customers, analysts, and channel partners.
*Project management abilities – able to manage specific work streams and efforts both tactical and strategic.
*Sound business judgment – able to build thorough and realistic business cases while considering the speed of industry changes and financial implications. Identify project risks and opportunities early in the project life and work with a high degree of autonomy to address them.
*Structured thinking – able to consistently look at an ambiguous problem or set of customer needs, recognize a pattern, and provide a clear logical structure that meets business needs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
*Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or technical discipline
*2-6 years marketing, product management or product marketing experience, preferably with software-oriented product lines that support or augment services products
*Experience with invoicing, Coupa, Oracle, Workday, SAP Hana, SAP ECC, or online invoicing solutions is a must
*B2B and SaaS experience required
*Must be willing to work with team in Guatemala

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
