About this role: We are seeking an Account Manager to handle “full-desk” recruiting responsibilities that include managing small-mid-sized client accounts, recruiting for open positions, and over-communicating with your therapists and clients. Though this a remote, work-from-home position, we seeking ONLY candidates who reside in Washington DC, Maryland or Virginia.
Salary Range: $45,000-$50,000 plus commission
The Account Manager will be the primary liaison between their assigned accounts and the therapists placed at these accounts.
Your Responsibilities:
- Recruit and fill open positions in a timely manner [very fast fills]
- Submit qualified therapists to clients and coordinate interviews
- Coordinate therapist and placement details with assigned clients
- With guidance from Division Manager, negotiate client contracts and therapist rates
- Manage daily client and therapist interactions
- Accountable for meeting established workforce metrics
- Handle multiple tasks and interface with internal and external customers
- Meet KPI's
The ideal Account Manager will have:
- Strong drive and a highly positive attitude
- A college degree
- 2-4 years of “full desk” recruiting experience
- demonstrated track record of generating revenue
- Previous account management experience
- Knowledge of Special Education and/or Healthcare industries is a plus
