We are looking for an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to creating unique and delicious dishes. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen staff, developing menus, creating new recipes, and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain menus for the restaurant.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the kitchen staff.
- Ensure that all food safety regulations are followed.
- Train and develop kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Ensure that all food is prepared according to recipes and specifications.
- Monitor food costs and adjust menu prices accordingly.
- Order food supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
