About us
Nixa Nursing and Rehab
Commitment
Not many people or organizations can claim they have spent their entire lives serving others… putting their neighbor before themselves. However, this is exactly what we have done since our beginning. We are true servants to those who entrust us to provide loving and quality care to our elderly citizens.
Daily stand up meetings are held each morning with department heads to identify ideas, needs and concerns.
Integrity and Stability
We are founded on the belief that you do what you say, that your actions speak louder than words. We take pride in the privilege of care giving and we also respect the individuals and institutions paying for such services. This means maintaining solid fiscal responsibility and solvency. With all the sweeping Medicare and economic challenges, this is stability that you can count on.
Inviting and Comfortable Living
Maintaining our community is not simply a compliance concern but rather creating a safe homelike environment that we all can call home. The details and finishing touches on comfort and convenience are what you will find when stepping into your new home. Reinvesting with continual updates and refurbishing is our trademark, promoting comfort like no other.
Culture Change
You have heard the phrase, but do you understand the meaning? Put it this way, “We’re here for you, not the other way around.”
How do you currently live and why would you have to adapt to an institution’s way of doing things? Nursing homes are not factories but rather individual’s homes. That is why we have invested more resources and expertise than anyone else in the business to ensure we do this right.
Putting our residents first and attending to their likes and dislikes with eyes wide-open. By never assuming things are right and continually asking questions, so we can tailor to your preferences. It all starts with you.
Comprehensive Care
We provide a broad assortment of in-house services to meet almost every need imaginable. These include Skilled Nursing Care, Physical and Occupational Therapies, Dietitians, Behavioral and Alzheimer’s Care, Activities, Hospice and a variety of others all under the watchful eyes of Physician Medical Directors.
