Internal Marketing Manager
We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Manager to engage and re-engage our patients on their beauty and wellness journey. At Dream Spa medical, we want to impact people in a positive way, whether it be improving their self confidence, or allowing them the liberty to achieve goals that they possibly felt unachievable. The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and beauty, and has a strong knack for creating memorable ways for customers to engage with a brand and improving the user experience. As the Internal Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating internal marketing campaigns to drive patients back in, working with the team to implement on-site internal marketing efforts, updating internal visual digital and print content. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to implement effective internal marketing strategies that drive engagement, referrals, and referrals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute internal marketing strategies to increase engagement among existing patients.
- Streamline internal communications to patients resulting in interest in solutions that address their cosmetic concerns
- Work with the team to implement internal marketing campaign efforts
- Create and maintain patient education materials
- Help improve user experience to increase patient interaction
- Create digital content for text campaigns, promotions, display screens and signage.
- Help with facilitating, marketing and hosting of events
- Analyze internal marketing efforts to maximize efficiency and make improvements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and content creation.
- Proficiency in photography, videography, photo and video editing, and graphic design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Strong understanding of email marketing platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to run paid ads and assess results for better conversion.
- Event Planning Experience is a big plus.
- This is a full-time, long term role. This is not a seasonal position.

Salary: $50,000 plus bonuses
