**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various systems within resdiential properties.
**Duties:**
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Inspect and troubleshoot to identify issues and propose solutions
- diagnose problems
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents
- Keep accurate records of maintenance performed using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
**Skills:**
- Mechanical knowledge to work on various equipment and systems
- Proficiency in using an ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting
- Familiarity with logic controllers for system diagnostics
- Experience in residential painting for building upkeep
- Ability to maintain a high level of customer service when interacting with residents or staff
- Understanding of schematics for equipment repair and maintenance
- Proficiency in using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory
