Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work with individuals with autism and provide support in implementing behavior therapy interventions. Duties:
- Work directly with individuals with autism to implement behavior therapy interventions
- Collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure consistent and effective care
- Provide support during therapy sessions, including prompting, reinforcement, and data collection
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation and records
- Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards, including HIPAA guidelines
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or individuals with autism is preferred
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, including applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Strong analytical skills to collect and interpret data on client progress
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, families, and team members
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- A passion for helping others and making a positive impact in the field of behavioral health
- Ability to provide patient care in a compassionate and empathetic manner

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
