We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.
As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact between our customers and the shop. Your role will be to ensure an exceptional customer experience, from the initial contact to the completion of their vehicle service.
No previous experience is needed as this is a learning role; we will provide the necessary training to help you succeed.

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of automotive services and repairs is a plus but not required.
- Proficient with computer systems and software used in the auto repair industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and listen to their needs.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the shop’s calendar.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs needed.
- Prepare accurate estimates and obtain customer approval for repairs.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the service process.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
