Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing delicious meals following our recipes and guidelines in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Cook and plate menu items accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all food meets quality standards and is served on time
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen work area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience working in a food service or kitchen environment
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety regulations
- Familiarity with various cooking methods and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in catering or dietary aide roles is a plus
