We’re looking for the right person to:
- Contribute bold, strategic and persuasive ideas while executing quality creative work
- Oversee brand and in-house accounts ensuring on-strategy concepts through development and ensure that the output is aligned with the creative brief
- Ensure collaboration across all disciplines
- Be comfortable with Client facing - presenting creative elements and solutions
· Assist account teams with all required deliverables
· Contribute, with moderate direction, towards the development of a superior creative product that meets client needs
· Proactive take-charge mentality and the capability to own projects with moderate direction.
· Independently manages projects within budgeted work scope and timelines, especially multifaceted and or multiple modes of delivery
· Contribute, with minimal direction, towards the development of a superior creative product · Assumes broader account responsibility (e.g., breadth)
· Supervises a portion of the client's, business, or workload
· Strategic direction and outcome of multiple accounts
· Demonstrate a full understanding of the strategy and science behind assigned brands and apply that knowledge to the development of innovative creative ideas
· Lead account / Creative relationship
· Interfaces with clients at a Senior level
· Assumes Department responsibilities
· Assumes responsibility for final creative from respective discipline as well as final creative product
· Ensures collaboration across all disciplines
· Contribute bold, strategic and persuasive ideas while executing quality creative work
· Client facing - presenting creative elements and solutions.

· Assist account and creative teams with all required deliverables
· Ensure high quality and professionalism in financial and administrative activities, transactions, and reporting

- Minimum 4-year degree in advertising, communication design, or visual arts
- Minimum 7 years of creative (studio / copy) experience overall, with at least 5 years of pharmaceutical agency experience
- Ability to work independently
- Must be proficient in relevant programs
- Must have good organization and communication skills
