As a Director of Product Operations, your primary responsibility is to oversee the strategic development and management of a Casepoint product line. You play a crucial role in shaping the future trajectory of Casepoint’s software solutions through your expert leadership. This influential position encompasses the design, enhancement, and promotion of a product line to ensure it remains aligned with the ever-evolving needs of our customers. Achieving success in this role will involve leveraging a multidisciplinary approach, and collaborating closely with various teams to drive continual improvement in our products and provide exceptional customer support. Your guidance will drive innovation and excellence within our product offerings.
This position reports to the Vice President of Product Operations.

- Establish a forward-looking strategy and purpose for the designated product(s) to serve current and future market demands effectively.
- Identify and outline the essential features necessary to establish market leadership while also developing a roadmap to guide their implementation.
- Examine and systematically organize the ongoing requests and needs of both existing and prospective customers based on their urgency and importance.
- Take ownership of a product line, with a primary goal of consistently ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the entire process.
- Oversee the thorough testing and validation of new functionality to ensure that it aligns with the specific needs and requirements of the target market.
- Lead and mentor your team of product operations managers, product managers, and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Provide progress updates to business stakeholders on release management and participate in quarterly program increment (PI) plans.

- Deliver comprehensive training and share industry expertise to bolster the efforts of the GTM team.
- Consult with the marketing team on the development of sales materials, participate in sales demonstrations to gather product insights, and respond to product questions from prospective customers.
- Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Product Operations to design and create comprehensive implementation service packages tailored specifically for your product line.
- Engage in informative webinars, podcasts, and interviews to share valuable insights on best practices and exhibit Casepoint’s thought leadership by actively participating in relevant industry events by speaking on or moderating panel sessions.
- Partner with the marketing team to create compelling messaging and strategic positioning for our solutions, ensuring clear communication of the benefits and features to our target audience.

- Develop comprehensive and detailed implementation plans for your product line to ensure successful execution.
- Ensure that all team members receive comprehensive training on the proper procedures and best practices for implementing the product for Casepoint customers.
- Engage customers for feedback to understand their unique needs and challenges, and then use these insights to enhance the product.
- Work with customers to Identify and communicate best practice recommendations.
- Support team members working with customers on best practices to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Develop and consistently update a comprehensive playbook outlining the procedures, guidelines, and best practices for your product line.
- Provide feedback for supporting product documentation (such as help center, training videos/scripts, etc.).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in product management, legal technology, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience directly related to your product line.
- Product management experience within the government sector is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance is preferred.
- US Citizenship (non-dual) is preferred.
